WEDDINGS & EVENTS
Thank you for thinking of Queen City Cupcakes to help make your special day a little sweeter.
Since we are a small shop and bake everything fresh daily, we limit the number of large events we accept per weekend. If you want to secure a date, a nonrefundable $150 contract & deposit is required. This deposit is applied towards your final bill.
If you have never tried our cupcakes, we recommend reviewing our weekly menu and placing a pick-up order to purchase 1-2 cupcakes before booking. If you love them, and book a "save the date" deposit, we then set up a free tasting to help you decide the specific flavors for your event.
If you have further questions, would like a more specific quote, or would like a book a "save the date", please email us at info@qccupcakes.com. We always respond to wedding inquiries within 24 hours during the week so if you don't hear back from us, please check your spam box or follow up with a phone call. Sometimes email just doesn't cooperate.
Event Cupcakes
We are proud to say that unlike other cake shops, we do not increase our cupcake pricing for weddings & events.
We recommend our smaller "standard" size cupcakes for weddings / events which are $36 per dozen for any flavor.
You can choose ONE flavor per TWO dozen cupcakes being ordered (ie. 6 dozen cupcakes = 3 flavors). If you choose cupcakes that require refrigeration (cream cheese topped), you must confirm your venue will allow this.
We offer an extra large cupcake for cutting/sharing for $6.
Delivery & Set up
Let us deliver your cupcakes safely to your venue within 60 miles of our shop.
Minimum 6 dozen cupcakes / cookies for weekend event deliveries. Minimum event delivery fee $25. Please email for exact quote.
Delivery & Drop off:
Starts at $1.25 per mile round-trip

Delivery & Set up:
$60 + delivery fee
Sunday events are subject to an additional charge regardless of pick up or delivery.
Cupcake Towers
There are so many fun and interesting ways to display your event cupcakes. Please visit our tower rental page to view towers and their cupcake capacity.
Tower rentals are $50 for 5 days (starting the day of your event or pick up).
Damage deposit $100 (this fee is refundable if the rental is returned on time and without damage.
Tower rentals are only available for our cupcake customers.
