Cupcakes at weddings are becoming more popular for several reasons:
We do not increase our prices for a wedding! We have 2 sizes of cupcakes available:

Most couples purchase several different flavors and bring them home to sample with family and friends. We offer reimbursement for up to 4 cupcakes when you book your wedding with us. Simply ask for a tasting receipt when you are at the shop and present it when you book your wedding. If you are looking to try specific flavors from our menu list, please contact us the week before so we can add these flavors to our menu.
You can choose from any of the flavors you see on our menu page. If you have a flavor in mind that you don't see, please give us a call to discuss as we are constantly adding new flavors to our menu and would love to hear your ideas!
Although you can choose any flavor you would like, if you are picking up your cupcakes the day before your ceremony, you may want to avoid certain flavors - for example: Our Rice Krispies Treat cupcake will lose some of its "snap, crackle & pop" overnight. Additionally, if you choose a cream cheese based frosting, you will need to make sure you have refrigeration available as we use real cream cheese.
Although we do not offer traditional cutting cakes, we do offer a larger size cupcake for ceremonial cutting. This cupcake is approximately 2 times the size of one of our large cupcakes. It stands taller and can support most light weight cake toppers. These are $6.00.
We will make every effort to make sure our cupcakes fit into the theme of your event and look elegant and beautiful. Please let us know what you are looking for and we can brainstorm together. As taste is extremely important to us, please note that we do not use fondant in our shop and we do not use dark colored dyes in our frosting as it effects the taste/texture.

There are so many fun and exciting ways to display your wedding cupcakes. Please see our customer gallery at the bottom of this page to see a few of the creative ways our cupcakes have been displayed at weddings and other large events.
The tower rental fee is $25.00 for 5 business days. Some brides elect to pick up the towers prior to their wedding date in order to have time to decorate them with coordinating ribbon etc. Please let us know which tower you are interested in when you "save-the-date" so we can make sure it is available.
The damage deposit for a tower is based on the full replacement cost of the particular tower - so the deposit varies. The deposit is fully refundable once the tower is returned with no damage.
The white towers we have for rent are very plain and really should be decorated to fit the theme of your wedding. They can be decorated with the use of NON-permanent adhesive dots. Additionally some couples choose to order additional flowers in order to dress up the tower. Feel free to visit The Smart Baker for beautiful ideas on how to decorate the tower.
You should store our cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature UNLESS you have chosen a cupcake with a cream cheese frosting. As we use real cream cheese, these cupcakes must stay refrigerated until service. Please make sure you have refrigeration available at your reception hall if you choose a cream cheese based frosting.
As we do not use artificial stabilizers or shortening in our frosting, our butter cream frosting is not appropriate for outdoor displays in extreme heat. For outdoor receptions in the summer, we highly recommend keeping the cupcakes inside an air conditioned environment until service.
Cupcakes make great wedding favors or welcome gifts for out of town guests. These are individually boxed cupcakes. The boxes can be decorated to match the theme of your wedding or other event. Please call to discuss further.
We need your final cupcake count and flavor selection two weeks prior to your event. This allows us time to secure any special ingredients, wrappers etc for any special flavors/decor you may have selected. Final payment is also due in full two weeks prior to your event date.
If the order is cancelled prior to 48 hrs from your event, you will receive a full refund LESS the non- refundable save the date fee. We do not offer a refund if the order is cancelled within 48 hrs of the event.
